We’ll be happy to take your orders by email via the order form we’ll provide to you once you have sent us a preliminary enquiry via email and we have responded by sending you a free quotation. You are welcome to book an appointment with us during regular working hours for a telephonic consultation on +44 (0) 7525465586 prior to placing your order with us.
Vanilla Fountain and vanillafountain.com accept payment in Pounds (£) Sterling and in US dollars ($).
Vanilla Fountain / vanillafountain.com use National Westminster (NatWest) plc.’s banking facility.
Full details of payment terms will be provided on the order form.
Once your preliminary enquiry has been received and a free quotation and accompanying order form provided to you via email, you are required to email the order form to us at enquiry@vanillafountain.com.
If you represent a business unit, payment is required to be remitted in full within 30 days from the date of order placement.
If you are an individual not representing a business concern, payment is required to be remitted in full at the time of submission of the order form.
Your email despatch of the order form is considered acceptance of the fees quoted and represents your confirmation of your order. Payment of the fees quoted within the time stipulated is then binding.
We reserve the right to allow time for bank clearance of cheque payments although we will generally only do so in cases where there have been previous problems with payment.
Vanilla Fountain and vanillafountain.com use PayPal for processing payments received. In such matters, we will abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use set out by PayPal.
If you wish to use your credit card or debit card for paying fees, PayPal will process them for you. Please make your purchase in the usual way and follow the PayPal instructions.
If you are paying by credit/debit card your card will be debited on acceptance of your order so as to ensure that sufficient funds/credit are/is available in the account. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
Clients may also opt to pay in to Vanilla Fountain’s bank account directly. You are required to state this preference on the order form, so that the subsequent invoicing also reflects this.
